Ordering

Ordering using the website

• Goods are easy to order, just by adding them to the basket as you go along, as soon as you wish to complete the order just follow the online instructions
• All card transactions are secured by the SAGE PAY payment system (see Security and Privacy)

Ordering by email

• Orders can be sent directly to us by e-mail at info@wdgretail.com
• On receipt of your order we will confirm the order by e mail.
  

Ordering by telephone

• Orders can be placed over the telephone on 01746 710186 during office hours 9am – 6pm, January – October. During November – December we operate extended hours 8am – 9pm.

Order confirmation

• All orders are confirmed by e-mail so that you know that we have received your order.

Cancellation of order

• Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without incurring any penalty

Payment

Credit / Debit Cards

• We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Electron, Solo, Switch and Visa Delta debit cards.
• For an order we require the credit / debit card number, expiry date, the start date and the last three digits of the security number on the reverse of the card. For Switch cards we will also need the issue number.
  

Cheques

• Please make cheques payable to W.D.G. Retail Ltd
• Include your full name and address and telephone number.
• Ensure that you have included in writing the details of the goods you require
• Your order will be despatched as soon as the cheque has been cleared by the bank.
  

Postal Orders

• We are happy to accept Postal Orders
• For security purposes please cross the Postal Orders and make them payable to W.D.G. Retail Ltd.
  

F.A.Q. Regarding Delivery

• If the goods are in stock and the order is places before noon, then the goods will be despatched on the same day. Otherwise the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Should there be any further delay you will be notified by e-mail or by telephone.
• All orders are delivered free within the U.K.
• If the goods are in stock and the order is placed before noon, then the goods will be despatched on the same day.
• Special Delivery is available
• Orders can be delivered to addresses other than the card holders address, so long as the details are filled out on the order form.
• Goods can be delivered to countries outside the U.K., an additional charge will be made for these deliveries, please contact us for details.

Engraved Plaques 

Boxes with engraved plaques can only be supplied with a piece of jewellery. The jewellery must be from the same designer / manufacurer as the name on the box.
